Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. Most teams are up and running in under an hour. We support CSV imports for your existing data, and our onboarding flow guides you through setting up your team, products, and templates step by step.
Do I pay per user?
Yes — $19/seat/month, and only for users who are active that month. Your first seat is free. There are no tier upgrades or user caps.
Can I add or remove users anytime?
Yes. Add a team member and your bill adjusts automatically. Remove them and the cost drops at the start of the next billing cycle. No minimums, no contracts.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. ConstruxOS is fully responsive and works on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop.
What integrations are included?

Can I import my existing data?
Yes. We support CSV imports for leads, contacts, and deals. For more complex migrations from other CRMs, our data migration add-on handles the heavy lifting.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data, bcrypt password hashing, JWT session management, and rate limiting on all API endpoints.
