Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConstruxOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
ConstruxOS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for construction and home improvement businesses. The service includes CRM, scheduling, communications, document management, reporting, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
5. Free Trial
Free trials provide full platform access for a limited duration. No payment information is required to start a trial. At trial end, your account transitions to the free tier unless you subscribe.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to access other tenants' data, (c) interfere with the platform's operation, (d) reverse engineer any part of the service, (e) use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in ConstruxOS. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
ConstruxOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for retrieval, then permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
