Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use industry-standard security practices including password hashing, JWT token management, and rate limiting.
4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
ConstruxOS is a multi-tenant platform. Your business data is logically isolated from other tenants using strict tenant-scoped queries and database constraints. No tenant can access another tenant's data.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services including Google Workspace, Twilio, Stripe, and AWS. These integrations are optional and controlled by you. Each integration provider has their own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Soft-deleted data is retained for 90 days before permanent removal. You can request data export or deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
